About Us – Who Are We?

Based in West Warwick we proudly serve almost all towns in Rhode Island. We have a dedicated and experienced management team each with over five years experience with The Maids Home Services. They are focused on ensuring that you receive the most thorough house cleaning ever.

Teresa, is our General Manager. Having started as a team member and subsequently leading a team, Teresa has an experienced understanding of what thorough house cleaning is. Teresa will usually be there on the phone or email, answering your queries, confirming schedules and keeping our support operations functioning. Often Teresa may also help with new customer inquiries.

Laura is our Training Manager, responsible for the service delivery of our teams. Laura started her career as a team member and was a team leader for over four years in another franchise in New Hampshire. In 2008 she moved to RI and brought all that experience to our office!  Over 90% of Laura’s day is spent in customers’ homes, supporting the teams to deliver excellent service through regular re-training and the training of our new team members.

Theresa is our Sales Manager. With experience in The Maids as a team member, team leader, customer service manager and now Sales Manager, Theresa is perfectly placed to assist new customer enquiries. She can guide you through our services, understand your specific requirements for your home and give an accurate, reliable estimate right over the phone!
